1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user responsible for posting the content, if applicable
  • Give the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send us a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • A description of the material that was removed and its original location on the website
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant

4. Repeat Infringers

MLPCA reserves the right to terminate user access for those who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
